Since 2011, Whiskey Myers have been making waves in the Southern rock scene. The band released their breakthrough record, Firewater and entered multiple Billboard charts, including peaking at number 26 on the Top Country Albums chart. The album eventually sold over 500,000 copies earning the band its first gold certification. By 2014, Whiskey Meyers soared to number 10 on the country chart with the release of their fourth album Early Morning Shakes. Released to Whiggy Thump records, the record spawned critically acclaimed singles “Home” and “Dogwood.” In 2019, Whiskey Meyers made quite a feat when their self titled fifth album went to number 1 on Billboard’s Top Country and Top Independent Albums charts. This 2025, Whiskey Meyers are anticipated to drop their latest album Whomp Whack Thunder, set for release in September. The album has been preceded by “Time Bomb” and “Tailspin.”
