The band currently consists of lead singer, guitarist, and writer Justin Furstenfeld, lead guitarist Steve Schiltz, multi-instrumentalist Ryan Delahoussaye, bassist Matt Noveskey, and drummer Jeremy Furstenfeld. Blue October have rocked the alternative rock charts with nineteen top 40 singles over a dozen studio albums, and are best known for their platinum singles "Hate Me" and "Into the Ocean" from their 2006 platinum album Foiled.

The performance promises to be a powerful, passionate, and dynamic night with lead singer Justin Furstenfeld's soulful Texan vocals and the band's compelling instrumentation weaving a tapestry of alt-rock and post-grunge that is sure to resonate with listeners.

Their latest album, Spinning the Truth Around, is being released in three parts, the first of which was released October 14th, 2022, and the second part on October 13th, 2023. The final, Part III will contain remixes and alternate versions of songs from Parts I and II, as well as remixes of songs from previous albums. Several of the songs on the album were co-written by renowned Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan and Justin Furstenfeld. After the release of the single "Where Did You Go? I'm Less of a Mess These Days" off of part I of the album, went to the top 20 on the alternative rock chart, and became a super successful radio hit, the band delayed the release of Part II as they were hesitant to release new music while they had a single currently climbing the charts, resulting in Part II being released almost exactly a year later.

The singles off of Part II, "Down Here Waiting", debuted at number 48 on the alternative rock chart, eventually climbing to number 40, becoming Blue October's nineteenth song to reach the top 40, and, "All I See Is You", debuted at #1 on the iTunes Top Alternative Rock Albums chart.

The Orpheum Theatre, with its rich history and stunning architecture, provides an ideal backdrop for Blue October to showcase their musical prowess.
